This website relates to myself & things I enjoy or dislike.
In it you'll find posts that have grasped my attention around and about; stuff I saw, some few that I created or that its pleasing or notable in some way enough to share. The topics are many and in constant evolution.
It is all a work in progress, I'm always adding new stuff, connecting placeholder links for some deeper themes and optimizing an articles section for those that benefit best from a long-format essay.
Hope you find inspiration for your own roads in life.

He who knows not, and knows not he knows not, he is a fool—shun him;
He who knows not, and knows he knows not, he is simple—teach him;
He who knows, and knows not he knows, he is asleep—wake him;
He who knows, and knows he knows, he is wise—follow him!"

Vipassanā (Pāli) or vipaśyanā (Sanskrit) literally, "special-seeing", "special (Vi), seeing (Passanā)", is a Buddhist term that is often translated as "insight". The Pali Canon describes it as one of two qualities of mind which is developed (bhāvanā) in Buddhist meditation, the other being samatha (mind calming). It is often defined as a form of meditation that seeks "insight into the true nature of reality", defined as anicca "impermanence", dukkha "suffering, unsatisfactoriness", anattā "non-self", the three marks of existence in the Theravada tradition, and as śūnyatā "emptiness" and Buddha-nature in the Mahayana traditions.
